I used Glitch in the following demonstration with "Stretcher" set as the global effect. You can use a Multi FX plugin like a pedalboard for a guitar with Aeromidi, using different functions of the same plugin as you go along. ![]() I'd recommend using the exponential logarithms (the upward and downward curve icons on the CC controls in Aeromidi) for cutoff and resonance so you don't have the squelchy sounds limited to the edges, but the fun is in experimenting.Īlso, Illformed's Glitch 2 just came out, and I have a lot of fun setting cubes to switch which effect is global, and having a second cube just beneath the "selection" cube that controls parameters for the corresponding effect. This is a fun (though occasionally glitchy) plugin that gives a fairly straightforward TB303 layout. I've also been doing a lot with various Roland TB-303 emulators, including Alien 303 which comes with Mixcraft and a number of paid plugins. I have a lot of fun with using Aeromidi with long sound motifs, arpeggio controls, and I like to mess with the way the three voices in Crystal Vsti (free) can be combined and their fairly unique parameters make for some fun tweaking. ![]() ![]() Made me stop hiding in the shadows and make a post.
